About the Role:
As an RtR Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our financial operations while building hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational environment. Your ideas, energy, and initiative will help drive improvements across our processes—and in return, we’ll support your development, growth, and career exploration.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with the Record-to-Report (RtR) team on daily and project-based tasks, including:
- Assisting with month-end closing activities (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations)
- Validating and analyzing financial data to ensure reporting accuracy
- Supporting intercompany invoice processing and costing
- Helping improve and streamline accounting and financial reporting procedures
- Updating internal financial documentation
- Participating in finance projects to optimize departmental processes
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking students who:
- Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel
- Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others
- Are confident using English (both spoken and written)
- Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor
- Are available to work 20–30 hours per week
