We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure but never loses sight of the bigger picture. You are detail-oriented, but you also know when “good enough” is better than perfect. You’re proactive, service-minded, and always two steps ahead, whether it’s spotting a compliance risk or streamlining a process.
You bring clarity to complexity and communicate with ease across teams and disciplines. You enjoy creating project plans and aligning stakeholders, and you’re pragmatic and business-oriented, able to turn legal requirements into actionable, high-quality solutions that work in practice.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working across teams, navigating complexity, and balancing legal precision with business pragmatism. Success means being comfortable with ambiguity, communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders, and delivering solutions that are both compliant and practical.
If you’re energized by fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have a keen eye for detail, you’ll likely thrive here. We’re looking for someone who values collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.
About you:
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. We are looking for a team player with experience or a strong understanding of GDPR, privacy, and data protection - ideally paired with project management skills. You’re structured, proactive, and thrive in a service-oriented, results-focused environment. A risk-based approach aligned with business needs is key to success in this role.
We expect you to have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience with data protection and GDPR
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work in a structured way and follow a case through to the end
- Thrive in a job with a wide range of contacts and often need to coordinate with many stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills: clear and concise oral and written English
- Ability to convey complicated materials to others who do not have the same specialized knowledge as you
- Analytical skillset – detail-oriented and data-focused approach with ability to think critically and identify process gaps
- Flexibility, adaptiveness and leadership in a cross-functional and fast-changing work environment
- Ability to self-manage and work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Appreciation for cultural diversity, and the ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, personality types, and nationalities
