PtP Junior Accountant (Continent Team)

About the role:
As PtP Junior Accountant in Continent Team you’d be responsible for managing financial transactions related to procurement and payments for Continental Europe market. This role will involve invoices processing, accounts reconciliation, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records and Month End Closing reporting. Junior accountant in PtP department plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of the finance department by contributing to cost control and vendor management.
Your main scope of duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationship with Suppliers and Local Business Units
- Handling e-mails and phone calls related to payment statuses
- Supplier ledger controlling
- Assisting in month-end closing activities
- Performing assigned tasks, including invoice processing and costing
- Ensuring high quality of provided services (KPI measurement)
- Taking active part in cross-training initiative and cross departmental meetings to understand end to end process flow
- Carrying out any other tasks requested by a Team Leader or Manager

We expect you to have/be:
- Ability to build a good working relationship within the Team and with Suppliers
- Analytical skills
- English at a min B2 level
- Ability to build a good working relationship within the Team and Local Business Units
- Diligent and accurate when working with documents
- Interested in developing your career within Finance
- Experience within D365 software will be an asset
