About the role:
As Quality Assurance Lead, you will take ownership of the quality, testing, and release strategy across our D365 ecosystem and related ISV products. You will set direction, build governance, and make sure our environments, processes, and releases are reliable, efficient, and future-ready.
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you collaborate closely with the Atlas Leadership Team, drive improvements, and help remove bottlenecks that impact delivery.
Key responsibilities:
•Owner of Environment Strategy – Design and publish Environment Strategy and how Code and data will flow throughout the pipeline in different Environments for D365 and related ISV products.
•Owner of Test and Release strategy - maintain and improve Test and Release Management governance, quality metrics, and status.
•Owner of Feature Management process, ISV handling process, and ensure environment availability.
•Maintain and improve Release Calendar and plans (one version of the truth) and plan all release types.
•Work with the Atlas Leadership team to meet milestones, identify risks early, and manage bottlenecks to avoid delays.
•Guide the team through agile ceremonies while continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
Secondary responsibilities:
•Be an Integral part of upcoming work from Change Control Group.
•Apply knowledge of MS D365FO, stay updated on ERP trends, and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
