PtP Accountant (Continent Team)

About the role :
As a PtP Accountant in the PtP Department, you will manage financial transactions related to procurement and payments. Your work ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our processes. You’ll handle invoices, reconcile accounts (including month-end closing reporting), monitor KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your main responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Suppliers and Local Business Unit
Handling inquiries related to payment statuses via email and phone
Controlling supplier ledgers and monitoring debit and credit positions
Performing month-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting
Processing invoices and costing with autonomy, including complex cases
Drive result-oriented work: process control, problem-solving, and proactive follow-ups with LBUs
Regularly working on improving KPI performance and statistics
Support additional tasks assigned by your Team Leader or Manager
About you:

English at B2 level or higher
Accuracy and diligence when working with documents

Accounting knowledge and/or experience
Experience with D365 software is an asset
