PtP (Procure to Pay) Intern

About the role:

As a PtP Intern you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining excellent relationship with Suppliers
• Processing and costing of invoices
• Collaborating with finance teams
• Supporting other team members in day-to-day operations according to the assigned tasks
• Carrying out any other tasks requested by a Team Leader or Manager

About you:

We wish you to have:

• Availability of around 35 hours per week
• Education in the field of economics, accounting, finance, or related areas
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. conditional formatting, sorting, and basic formulas such as SUM, IF, COUNTIFS, TEXTJOIN, VLOOKUP)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset
