As part of our Centre of Excellence (CoE) – Change Management team, you will help drive user adoption and knowledge transfer during our company-wide D365 implementation. About the role:
As a Senior Training Specialist, you will design and deliver training programs that empower employees to succeed with new ways of working. You will support the company-wide D365 F&O implementation by:
Conducting training needs assessments and user role mapping
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Planning and coordinating training activities across multiple countries
Contributing to the development and implementation of e-learning
Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, providing actionable feedback
Supporting change management efforts by fostering user adoption
Continuously improving our existing D365 training offerings and approach

About the team:
The T&I department is a multinational, inclusive and diverse team. Together, we set a high standard for ourselves in delivering excellence on both the technical and people side of change. You will become part of the Centre of Excellence – T&I Change Management team, consisting of experienced colleagues supporting a range of high-profile projects within DFDS. In your day-to-day life the D365 Implementation Lead will be your Functional leader, and your direct manager will be the Head of the Centre of Excellence - T&I Change Management.
About you:
We are looking for a colleague with a strong track record in designing and coordinating effective training programs that drive user adoption.
If you are a naturally curious individual who constantly seeks to challenge the status quo, you will feel right at home within the CoE – T&I Change Management team.

Professionally, you bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development
Preferably ERP experience (D365 is a plus)
A structured approach and strong stakeholder management skills
A can-do attitude and ability to drive work forward independently in complex situations
Personally, you are:
Based in Poland, allowing you to work from our Poznań office
A people person - just like we are
Constructive, always suggesting a solution when raising an issue
Comfortable and happy to collaborate with colleagues, both in-person and across countries at all levels of the organisation
Engaged in your work and proud to deliver the best possible service to your stakeholders in the organisation
