Process Analyst (Transformation Office Team)

About the role:
As a Process Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve its effectiveness. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, analyze data, propose potential solutions, and support implementation of changes that enhance overall end-to-end business performance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Process Design: Develop and document new processes or redesign existing ones to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Collection: Gather and analyze data related to process performance using Power BI visual reporting, process maps, and statistical analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers to support the delivery of global projects, T&I colleagues in the field of automation or system improvements, as well as department managers, team leaders, and team members to understand their needs and ensure process changes align with business goals.
Manage stakeholders’ expectations to ensure project deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
Flag all risks and issues occurring during delivery according to the agreed escalation matrix
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that values diversity and encourages innovation, driving transformation.
Projects: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
About you:
We’re looking for a person who has:
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI – a must-have. D365 experience will be an asset.
Experience in accounting, finance, or business. SME or SU experience will be an asset.
A proven track record of process improvements aimed at increasing productivity.
Proven ability to work on and manage multidimensional, cross-team improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with focus on delivering goals regardless of challenges and pressure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English
Green Belt certification will be an asset.
