About the role:
We are seeking a candidate who would like to join our Master Data Department as an HR Data Senior Analyst/HR Data Analyst. You will be working as a supporting body for Workday Team and HR departments, helping with process optimization, ensuring standardization of master data, and following up on quality metrics. As an HR Data Senior Analyst/HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing new processes and projects, grounded in robust data governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Drive proactive stakeholder management to secure on‑time, high‑quality data delivery across all business
Standardizing HR data and developing standard operating procedures.
Collaborating closely with the MD Team and Workday Team.
Assisting the HR departments in administrative and reporting tasks.
Conducting regular data validation and comparison to ensure data consistency between different systems.
Achieving the agreed KPIs regarding data completeness and accuracy.
Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor HR data and processes.
Completing assigned tasks and providing support for various HR-related activities.
Supporting data governance and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Delivering ad-hoc data and information as needed.
About you:

Your Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in HR and working with data.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially practical ability to use MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail.
Fluency in written and oral English.
Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
Capability to independently handle tasks and work effectively in a team.
Positive, open personality with a “can do” attitude.
Experience with Workday system is an additional value.
Experience in an international organization in a similar role is a plus.
