About the Role:
As a RtR Student Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our financial operations while building hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational environment. Your ideas, energy, and initiative will help drive improvements across our processes. And in return, we’ll support your development, growth, and career exploration.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with the Record-to-Report (RtR) team on daily and project-based tasks, including:
Assisting with month-end closing activities (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations)
Validating and analyzing financial data to ensure reporting accuracy
Supporting intercompany invoice processing and costing
Helping improve and streamline accounting and financial reporting procedures
Updating internal financial documentation
Participating in finance projects to optimize departmental processes
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking students who:
Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail
Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel
Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others
Are confident using English (both spoken and written) and Polish (min B2)
Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor
Are available to work min. 20-30 hours per week
