About the Role:
As an OtC (Order to Cash) Intern, you will play a critical role in the revenue collection process. This role combines collecting payments and issuing sales invoices. We are looking for students who are eager to gain valuable experience in the field and have the following qualities:
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with the OtC team on daily and project-based tasks, including:
Assistance in invoices' processing
Collection of payments from company's customers
Mailbox handling
Cooperation with Credit Control Team and other Teams in the company in case of discrepancies
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking students who:
Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail
Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel
Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others
Are confident using English (both spoken and written) and Polish (min B2)
Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor
Are available to work min. 20-30 hours per week
