About the role:
In this role you will be working in the team of Finance Systems Business Partners (FSBP), you will cooperate closely with the Atlas Programme and take ownership of Treasury Module of Dynamics D365 as well as strictly collaborate with others FSBPs on Fixed Asset and General Ledger Module. This role reports to the Chief Finance System Business Partner. Your main scope of duties and responsibilities will include three major areas of D365 life Cycle – Implementation, Maintenance and Improving the Product and Process in and around D365.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Implementation of D365:
Sign off the Scope of Implementation of D365 to New companies
Review the official minutes from Project team/Implementation Partners/Microsoft and sign off the minutes of Scoping and design workshops
Design the new “to-be” processes in D365 for your module together with Track Leads from the Atlas Implementation team.
Be part of Localization workshops and sign off scope of Local legal requirements of Business Units.
Be part of building and signing off any design documents that are required for a specific Implementation/Roll out.
Review Test scripts for processes to be tested by Atlas Implementation team and sign off scope and results of Testing.
Support Implementation teams in conducting training to new end users in roll out entities on how to use the system whenever needed.
Provide Sign off to Data Migration to D365 and give a green light for readiness for going live in new legal entity.
Maintenance of D365:
3rd Level support for day-to-day production issues if issues are not solved by Super users or by D365 Operations team.
Responsible for reviewing the product backlog and upcoming release calendar of Microsoft and planning testing and training of new features.
Sign off new features testing in lower tiers and ensure new features are smoothly implemented in Production environment.
Own super user setup in DFDS Poznan and ensure super users are trained on new processes and features in due time so that they have enough knowledge of the system to be first level support in D365.
Documentation review and sign off all global setup in a Runbook/Handbook for Module Administration in D365. Ensure Track Leads update runbook on time after every roll out.
Documentation review and sign off all SOPs used by DBS end users.
Improvement of Product and Process in D365:
Be the Visionary of the Target state of your relevant Module/ISV of D365 along with the processes associated with it.
Review the improvement ideas provided by end users/stakeholders and plan their implementation if deemed relevant.
Co-ordinate and Prepare business cases for product improvements if any together with Business Stakeholders.
Schedule/conduct relevant workshops as needed with LBU stakeholders or Internal project stakeholders or with Implementation Partners as deemed necessary.
Prepare Internal DFDS Minutes/action items and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders on the projects/improvements driven by you as FSBP.
Prepare materials for Atlas Change Control Board for proper prioritization of Product improvements needed for D365.
Prepare and conduct training to end users in Poznan and in Local Business on how to use the new features of the system.
Get Involved in relevant Improvement Projects launched in the Headquarters/DFDS Polska.
Ensure the DFDS Master Data quality of correct and cleaned Master data is migrated and maintained in D365
Co-operation/Co-ordination across the Organization:
Involve in other tracks for all cross functional areas as necessary wherever there is overlapping between Finance/HR/Procurement as per communication from the functional line manager.
Finance Team meetings – actively take part of daily catchups, Knowledge sharing session, 1:1s with Chief FSBP, feedback, workshops’ and trainings etc
Involve yourself in the multiple projects that are launched in the Headquarters across different teams.
Participate in Group Cross Track meetings when required by the project management team and/or when considered necessary
Involve yourself in other tracks for all cross functional areas as necessary wherever there is overlapping between Finance/HR/Procurement as per communication from the functional Project Manager.
Involve in planning, designing, and executing the deliverables committed to make deadlines but not at the expense of certainty and compliance

Technical skills:
Academic Finance background or occupational experience in finance areas.
Prior Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX or D365) is a must.
Prior Knowledge of SKG is a plus.
Prior Project handling/ system implementation experience is an added advantage.
Prior Product/Functional Ownership experience is an added advantage.
Soft skills:
Positive Attitude/approach towards projects – Adapt to challenging deadlines and be sharp in prioritizing work with the Chief Finance System Business Partner.
Bold and outspoken - Not afraid of speaking up and voicing the opinion during workshops. Ability to lead the workshops of 20+ people attending the sessions online or physical.
Agile - Ability to manage pressure efficiently. Plan the work for each sprint and execute the action items by having proper prioritization.
Have keen interest and willingness to train others
Have the curiosity to try out new features and have a lateral thinking process.
D365 Business Partners will be first level Testers. Have the patience to test the new system and ensure they are working as it is set out to.
General notes:
Though responsible for a particular track, D365 Business Partners will be involved flexibly across all modules of D365 depending upon workload in each sprint. This way, we ensure back up and knowledge sharing between tracks.
There might be travelling involved depending on requirements and needs.
