About the Role:
As a Student Assistant in our RtR Cash Management Team, you will support daily banking and cash management activities while gaining practical experience in a global finance environment. You will work closely with experienced team members, helping to ensure accurate cash transactions, maintain financial records, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Your main tasks will include:
Processing daily and weekly payment runs in accordance with internal procedures and deadlines
Posting and reconciling bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Monitoring and maintaining compliance between accounting records and bank account balances
Investigating and resolving discrepancies related to cash and banking transactions
Supporting month-end closing activities based on bank statements and banking documentation
Preparing and reviewing cash management reports and related documentation
Cooperating with internal stakeholders and banks to ensure smooth cash management operations
We're looking for students (preferably part-time) who:
Are available to work min. 35 hours per week both during and after the holidays.
Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail
Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel
Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others
Are confident using English (both spoken and written) and Polish (min B2)
Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor :)

Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for a period of 3 or 6 months (with the possibility of extension and transition to a full-time employment contract)
