RtR Student Assistant in Polish Accounting Team

About the Role:
As a Student Assistant in our RtR Polish Accounting team, you will support day-to-day accounting activities, including invoice posting, employee expense settlements and month-end and year-end closing. You will gain practical experience in Polish accounting while working with an experienced finance team in an international environment.
Your main tasks will include:
Posting purchase invoices in compliance with Polish tax regulations
Settlement and posting business trips and employee expenses
month-end and year-end closing activities
Collaborating with finance teams and external suppliers
Supporting team members in day-to-day operations according to the assigned tasks
Carrying out any other tasks requested by a Team Leader or Manager
We're looking for students who:
Are available to work 25 hours per week (both during and after the holidays)
Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail
Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel
Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others
Are confident using English and Polish (min B2)
Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor :)
